Paul joined the Prospects program this season with a work ethic and a motor that quickly shows why he has been a starter for us and the Louisville Spartans (2015-finished 5th Nationally) the last three seasons. In those last three seasons he was also a varsity member at St. Xavier High School, playing for Coach Kevin Klein.
**8/1 Update**
Congratulations to Paul on being named to the 19th Annual Battle of the Bridges All-Stars on August 6th (KY). He is a tremendous worker and one who works at his craft. Annually colleges and universities come to the All-Star event to evaluate and look for guys just like Paul. Congrats, you earned it!
He has also been a member of the Battle of the Bridges All-Stars last year and has been invited to tryout again in 2016. One of Paul's goals is to play at the next level, while working out with 3-time NBA champion Will Perdue and beginning to garnish attention, he will look to fulfill that goal.
Quite simply Paul is a competitor with a huge work ethic and high-motor. A young man that exemplifies the term student-athlete. Probably his best attribute is his leadership, leading the c/o 2017 ProspectsAAU this past spring & summer and helping extend a winning tradition, a tradition that has compiled a July record the last four seasons of 63-17.
More big things to come for the young Mr. Oberst...
