Kyle joins us late in 2020, but basketball doesn't stop! He is what you expect from Indiana basketball players, fundamental, disciplined, and possesses a true love for the game, but it is what else you got that is special. His feel for the game is huge asset and he plays with his head up at all times, which translates to excellent court vision. 

We are thrilled to have Kyle and his family involved with the program, as we look to the future of the Prospects, and more importantly, to the future of Kyle Poates. As we head into play in September and Labor Day weekend, Kyle will be with his new team in Indy and then back in Louisville, in league play. 

Spring 2021 Update
Kyle demonstrated his ability to efficiently run the show on offense, getting everyone on the court involved. He led the team in assists and steals during the spring AAU session. He also rebounds the ball exceptionally well from the point guard position. He is dangerous in the pick-and-roll, punishing bigger defenders on a switch or making the correct read against the help defense. While he is a pass-first point guard, he can score when he wants to by getting to and finishing at the basket, or stopping on a dime for a mid-range pull-up. Kyle is in store for a big July!

2/12 Update-2014 DEVON JOHNSON Iroquois HS & Prospects AAU

**2/12 Update** Devon has a good season and is a member of an Iroquois High basketball team that has played good competition and won. One of those wins was over a really good team from Allatoona, GA. Jacob Hand Class of 2024 6'5 Wing Holy Cross High School GPA: 3.8  ACT: TBD **March 2021 Update** Congratulations to Jacob on his selection to the 2nd Team All 6th Region, as a freshman. Also, congratulations to Jacob on being selected to the LIT All Tourney Team. The freshman is averaging 16.7ppg (on 52FG%) & 9.5rpg this season. With more hard work, more of these type selections are ahead for this young man. **January 2021 Update** Jacob is off to a great start at Holy Cross High (KY). The varsity freshman is averaging 16.7 PPG on 55 FG% and 10 RPG. Playing up this past summer should've helped prepare him for the next step of his progression. Jacob is one of the most athletic kids on the court and he also has pretty good size. He is a streaky shooter and very good at getting downhill.
